With this in mind my marketing plan leans heavily on showing the home online. To achieve this, I display listings on the most visited real estate search portals, post on numerous social networking sites, add the home to the Realtor Multiple Listing Service and many other Internet based methods that give my clients the “online advantage.” Once my online campaign is in place, I focus on traditional marketing including direct mail and print advertising.”
