Discover the Surprisingly Affordable Dream Home in Stuart, FL!

Are you thinking about moving to Stuart, Florida, and want to know how much house you can get for your money? In this episode of Hey Haigh Today, I’m going to show you how much $500,000 will buy you here in Stuart. We’ll look at a few different areas to give you an idea of the options available.

North Stuart

The first area that we're going to check out is North Stuart, which is located between five and seven minutes from Downtown Stuart. This area is defined by East Ocean Boulevard, which runs from west to east from Downtown Stuart to the ocean.

North Stuart is known for its proximity to the beach, Downtown Stuart, and Stuart North Hospital. The property we’re looking at today is a 1544 square foot under air property—which means “under air conditioning” here in Florida. It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage.

This property is really nicely appointed. Built in 2016, it includes granite countertops, tile, and stainless steel. It’s an updated little home right in proximity of Downtown Stuart and costs $499,000.

Southeast Stuart

The next spot we're going to check out is Southeast Stuart. This area is known for being closer to the Intercoastal and Port Salerno, which is a cute little fishing village. Port Salerno is known for great restaurants, and there's also a fish market and an open green market as well. The Intercoastal is also perfect for going fishing and golf courses—which are a favorite of mine.

The house that we're going to be looking at is a condominium listed at $499,000. It's a three-bedroom, two-bath around 1,300 square feet that’s going to have a little bit of updating. The property has a great view of the water and includes a pool and tennis courts. It’s also close to the golf course.

South Stuart

Location number three is South Stuart. This area is a lot quieter, the lots are going to be a little bit larger, and it's very close to 95 for those of you that want to commute. This next property is going to have a little larger lot and features three bedrooms and two baths. It’s a single-family home with a pool, tile, upgraded cabinets, and ocean access.

You're going to have access to 95 in five minutes, and you're also going to have access to the ocean with great fishing. This property is listed at $489,000 for ocean access. Try to find that in Miami!
