Today’s message is a special report comparing the tri-county real estate numbers from April 2019 to April 2020. There are many stats to compare, but here are a few examples: For County for single-family homes in St. Lucie County, the median sales price increased by 6.3%. In Martin County, closed sales decreased by 25.3%. In Palm Beach County, new listings were down 39.4%.
