Tour This Luxury Property In Sewalls Point, Florida

Are you looking for a home in Martin County that’s right on the water? In this episode of Hey Haigh Today, I’m going to take you to an amazing property in Sewalls Point that you’ve got to check out. We’ll explore the amazing amenities and features this luxury property offers to give you an idea of what Stuart, Florida living is all about.

Waterfront Living In Sewalls Point

This six-bedroom, six-bath concrete block home is a must-see. Built by Medalist Building Group—one of the premier builders here in Martin County—this property features the opportunity to have your own dock. While the water on the east side of Sewalls Point is a little more shallow, you're going to get a lot more home

Living in Sewalls Point gives you the feel of a gated community without actually living in one. You’ll have your own police force, but if you want to have a manatee mailbox or paint your house pink, you can do so. This property features a metal roof and is a split-stacked plan, giving you plenty of space and living options.

One of the first things you’ll notice about the property is the brick paver driveway, the beautiful landscaping package, and the three-car garage. The home also features impact glass so you don't have to worry about any hurricanes. Let’s go inside and check out more of the features of this property.

Bedrooms And Bathrooms

This home has a contemporary, West Indies style with wood-look tiles—which is the new motif in design. The big volume ceilings are a little homage to the West Indies style, while the split-stacked plan allows for a master bedroom with its own entry.

Each of the bedrooms features a gorgeous tray ceiling, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom. The bathrooms include tile up to the ceiling, beautiful marble, huge mirrors, stone accents, and wood-look tile. The master bath also features dual sinks and a big, beautiful tub.

The Kitchen

Next, let’s look at the kitchen. This beautiful, big open kitchen features a breakfast nook, big ceilings, an island, and a gorgeous backsplash. Cabinets go all the way up to the ceiling to provide plenty of storage, while Sub-Zero appliances (including a double oven) allow you to cook dinner for all of your guests.

The range features six burners, and you can also make use of the small wine fridge. There’s also a beautiful Wolf system that pours your hot water so you don't have to boil it. And of course, the large sink allows you to easily wash dishes without splashing on the counters.

The formal dining room features a chandelier, tray ceilings, and plenty of areas where you can paint and make it your own. You could also make this area a little living room, as not many people use the dining room anymore. Additionally, can also enclose it to make it an office. Either way, if you want the dining room, it's here for you.

Outdoor Space

Outside, you’ll find an amazing view of the River. The stack split plan allows for a cabana bath, which is a room for a pool so people can come inside and go to the bathroom and not have to traipse through the regular house. You’ll also find propane hookups for an outdoor summer kitchen.

There are some mangroves at the water’s edge, though an EPA test has been done to make sure that we can mitigate them. Additionally, the permits are ready to put in a dock. The property is on the east side of Sewalls Point, so the docks go out a little bit further. It's a little more shallow, though, so you're not going to get a big yacht in here. However, that's why you get the big house for $5.5 million.

Enjoy Stuart Living In Sewalls Point
